When we perform a "Permanent Section" repair (patching), we use thermo-bond resins and specialist tapes. Our guarantee ensures that the patch will not lift, fray, or become detached, even with regular vacuuming and professional cleaning.
Re-Tufting Stability
For small burns or holes where we hand-insert new fibers, we guarantee that those fibers are securely bonded to the primary backing of the carpet.
Color-Match Longevity
On repairs involving dye restoration (such as bleach spots), we use professional-grade acid dyes that are light-fast and wash-fast, ensuring the colour remains stable for the life of the carpet.
Dye repairs have their limitations due to the fibres original colour. If we can't restore back to it's original shade, a patch repair is an alternative option.

Q: Is the guarantee transferable?
A: Our guarantee is provided to the person who booked the service. If you are a landlord, this provides excellent protection for your investment.

That means we back it up forever:
If, at any time, you have a problem with the repair we carried out to your carpet, we will fix it promptly, and for free.
Warranty repairs relate specifically to the repair(s) we carried out for you.
We will not repair any section(s) of carpet that has subsequently been damaged after the original repair.
The lifetime warranty relates to the carpet remaining in position - in the same room where it is fitted. If the carpet is refitted to a different room, the warranty will be void.
