If, at any time, you have a problem with the repair we carried out to your carpet, we will fix it promptly, and for free.
Warranty repairs relate specifically to the repair(s) we carried out for you.
We will not repair any section(s) of carpet that has subsequently been damaged after the original repair.
The lifetime warranty relates to the carpet remaining in position - in the same room where it is fitted. If the carpet is refitted to a different room, the warranty will be void.
