Car Park Repainting:
Renew Faded Line Markings & Enhance Safety
Professional Surface Marking Restoration Across Teesside, Durham, and North Yorkshire.
We do exactly what it says on the tin - "we repaint old and faded markings"
First Impressions Count: Refresh Your Private Car Park:
Faded car park markings aren't just an eyesore - they're a safety hazard and a liability. Whether it’s a small private office block in Middlesbrough, a busy retail unit in Stockton, or a residential apartment block in York, clear lines are essential for traffic flow and designated parking.
At Manor Floor Care, we specialise in renewing faded car park paint. We don’t just "slap on" a new coat; we prepare the surface and apply high-visibility, durable coatings designed to withstand heavy vehicle traffic and the unpredictable North East weather.
Our Car Park Marking Services:
Bay Re-lining & Numbering
We refresh standard parking bays, disabled bays, and parent-and-child spaces to ensure they are clearly visible and compliant with safety standards.
Directional Arrows & Give Way Lines
Faded arrows lead to confusion and accidents. We restore directional markings to keep your private car park organized and safe.
Hatched Yellow Box Areas
Essential for "No Parking" zones, fire exits, and loading bays. We use high-build, slip-resistant yellow paint to ensure these critical areas are never ignored.
Pedestrian Walkways
Protect your staff and visitors by clearly defining walking routes from vehicles with vibrant, fresh paint.
Fixed Pricing for Private Car Parks:
One of the biggest frustrations for property managers is "hidden costs." At Manor Floor Care, we provide fixed pricing for our repainting services.
No Guesswork: We quote based on the number of bays or linear meters.
Out-of-Hours Service: We can work weekends or early evenings to ensure zero disruption to your business operations.

Veterinary Clinics: Need clear bay lines to manage anxious pets and high customer turnover.
Churches & Community Centres: Often have older, worn tarmac where markings fade into the surface over time.

Local Pubs & Restaurants: Faded lines cause chaotic parking on busy weekend nights, requiring fresh lines to maximise space.

Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: How long does the paint take to dry?
A: We use fast-drying industrial paints. In most conditions, the car park can be reopened to traffic within 3 hours of application.
Q: Do you remove the old paint first?
A: We clean surfaces to remove oil, grit, and loose debris. If the old paint is flaking, we scrape it back to ensure the new coating bonds perfectly to the substrate. Our repainting service does what it says on the tin - "we repaint old and faded markings"
Q: Can you repaint over existing markings?
A: Usually, Yes. We use environmentally friendly acrylic paints and most private car parks use this type of paint, however, in some instances our paints will not adhere to thermoplastic or chlorinated rubber markings effectively. We will advise accordingly.
